No new coronavirus-related deaths as additional cases announced Monday

Delaware added 45 new COVID-19 cases to its total Monday. There were no new deaths.

The number of new cases each day is trending upward as of Sunday while the percent testing positive is trending flat.  Hospitalizations have risen since Friday, though the two-week trend line is still dropping.

Delaware remains in Phase Two of its reopening, and additional interim reopening steps went into effect Monday.

The First State has now had 10,820 positive cases and 435 deaths since March 11th. Current hospitalizations were up ten Monday to 89, with 17 critically ill.

The number of recoveries remains at 6,459. Close to 86,000 Delawareans have tested negative for the coronavirus.
