Delaware has seen 15 COVID-19 deaths and 783 total number of confirmed cases statewide since March 11.
And Gov. John Carney's State of Emergency order has been updated several times to try and promote social distancing throughout the state and blunt the spread of the new coronavirus in the First State.
Tuesday afternoon, Carney holds a press briefing to discuss the state's efforts to address the virus.
