'Conversations with Women Making A Difference in DE' coming to the Delaware Art Museum

The Delaware Art Museum hosts Conversations with Women Making a Difference in Delaware next week.

 

 

It’s one in a series of events from Blue Blaze Associates. 

Blue Blaze founder Wendy Scott says this entry in the series features a panel of African-American women trailblazers in the First State, “And the women that we’re going to have as our panelists include: Doneene Damon, who is president of Richards Layton & Finger; Dr. Velma Scantlebury, the first African-American woman in the field of transplantation surgery and Amira Idris Radovic, who is the CEO and founder of TheraV.”

Scott says this edition will delve into each woman’s life story and career highlights.  Panelists will also share some of their hard-earned wisdom.

This edition of Conversations with Women Making a Difference in Delaware takes place next Thursday, October 10, 2019.
