Memorial services for long-time Wesley College football coach Mike Drass will be this weekend.

Drass, who led the Wolverine program for 25 years, died Monday at the age of 57.

A special service for only current and former Wesley players and coaches is set for Friday night.  That’s at 7pm in Room 206 of the College Center.

Saturday, there will be visitation hours at the Tolbert Funeral Home on East Lebanon Road in Dover from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

That will be followed by a public service on Drass Field at Miller Stadium starting at 2 p.m.  That service will be followed by a reception at the college’s Delany Dining hall.

A decision will be made late Friday afternoon if the weather will force the Drass Field service indoors.  If so, it will be held at Wesley College's Wentworth Gymnasium.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Wesley College football team.

Drass won 229 games over his 25 years as head coach and took the Wolverines to 14 NCAA Division III playoff appearances, including the last 13 years in a row.
