Delaware is now in Phase 2 of its reopening plan.
The state's COVID-19 related death toll has reached 423, while some of the key indicators it tracks to measure where Delaware stands with the spread of the virus are trending down.
Current hospitalizations stand at 88 and the five-day average of people testing positive still sits below 3% as of Sunday. Also, the five-day average of new positive cases continues to hover around the 50 mark.
