Delaware’s 76th Gov. Matt Meyer will be sworn-in on Tuesday alongside Lt. Governor-elect Kyle Evans Gay Tuesday morning.

The event moved from the Legislative Mall to Delaware State University’s DeLauder Education and Humanities Theatre at 9:30 a.m. because of frigid temperatures.
