State titles in high school football are on the line Saturday in Newark.
The Division I championship game pits Hodgson against Middletown.
Hodgson looks to cap off an undefeated season and earn its first ever Division One crown. The Silver Eagles are 11-0 heading into the 1 p.m. kick-off at Delaware Stadium.
Middletown is 10-1 and seeking its 4th Division I title, but first since 2012.
The two met in September – with Hodgson winning 35-14.
The Division II title is up for grabs at 6 p.m. Saturday night when Woodbridge and Howard square off at Delaware Stadium.
Both teams are 11-1.
Woodbridge is looking to earn its second straight state championship.
Howard is looking for its second Division II crown. It’s other came in 2015.
