The First State adds over 100 new COVID-19 cases to its total again.
State health officials reported 165 cases Monday, pushing the First State’s total since March 11 to 12,293.
There were also no new deaths reported. Delaware's death toll during the pandemic has held at 512 since July 1st.
The 5-day average of new positive cases has been over 100 for 10 consecutive days and currently stands at 122.
But the 5-day average of the percentage of people testing positive is below 5 for a third straight day, sitting at 4.3.
Current hospitalizations were up one to 54 with 15 people critically ill,
Nearly 6,800 people to date are confirmed to have recovered from the virus – while nearly 115,000 people have tested negative.
And Monday, Gov. John Carney formally extended his State of Emergency order related COVID-19 for another 30 days.
