One new COVID-19 death, 70 cases announced Saturday

Delaware added 70 new COVID-19 cases and one death to its totals Saturday.

 

The First State now has 10,681 positive cases and 434 deaths since March 11th. 

 

The latest fatality was a 66-year-old New Castle County man with no known underlying health conditions.

 

Current hospitalizations held steady at 75 with 19 people critically ill.

 

And there’s no change in the number of people considered recovered. It remains at 6,395.

 

And, nearly 82,000 Delawareans have tested negative for the coronavirus.
