The Delaware Symphony Orchestra has reached a collective bargaining agreement with its musicians.
The new three-year labor deal runs from September 1, 2016-August 31, 2019.
“I am so heartened not just by the nature and details of the agreement, but by the professional, productive and respectful tone under which it was reached. I look forward to many more years of great music making with my talented and wonderful DSO colleagues," DSO Music Director David Amado said in a release.
The agreement includes annual 5% rate increases and expands services for musicians.
The Delaware Symphony Orchestra opens its 2016-2017 season September 23.
