The referendum will be held June 5.

Councilmembers approved the lease unanimously, moving Medic Station 114 there until the completion of the Dewey Beach Town Hall Complex.

Final values for the reassessment came in February.

The tax credit programs are dependent on property values, meaning they need to be updated to accommodate for the increase in property values as reassessment comes to a close.

The State Fair's Centre Ice Rink will close in May. Kent and Sussex Counties will no longer have an ice rink, meaning some kids will miss out on hockey season.
