2025 DMV Shooting

The Wilmington DMV on Hessler Boulevard reopened March 10 following the December shooting that killed State Police Cpl. Matthew “Ty” Snook.

Corporal Snook, called Ty by those close to him, was killed last week in a shooting at the Karen L Johnson DMV in Wilmington.
