Delaware reported 11 new COVID-19 deaths Friday and has seen 46 in the last four days.

At the same time, Gov. John Carney announced Thursday that beaches and communty pools will be allowed to open wit restrictions next weekend for Memorial Day as they state continues to eye of June 1 as the target  starting Phase 1 of a reopening strategy.

Carney is expected to discuss these developments and more at his Friday press briefing.
