With Election Day approaching quickly, candidates in the First State are sharpening their pitches to voters in an effort to win their support.
On October 19th, Delaware Public Media and the University of Delaware’s Center for Political Communication host the 2016 Delaware Debates featuring the races for Governor and U.S. House.
The Governor's debate features the Democratic nominee, Congressman John Carney and his Republican opponent, State Senator Colin Bonini.
The U.S. House debate features Lisa Blunt Rochester, the Democratic nominee, and Republican Hans Reigle.
In each debate, candidates will answer questions from moderators, as well as submitted student and online questions.
