The First State added 3 new COVID-19 related deaths and 36 more positive cases Wednesday.
Delaware’s Public Health Division reports the state has now seen 413 deaths since March 11th.
The latest victims were between 65 and 85 years old. Two lived in Kent County and one in New Castle County. All three had underlying health conditions and two were long-term care facility residents.
The new cases announced Wednesday take the state’s total since the pandemic began to 10,056. The percent testing positive and daily new cases continue to trend downward over the past two weeks.
Current hospitalizations held at 108 for a second straight day - with 17 people critically ill.
And state health officials say 51 more Delawareans recovered from the virus, pushing that total past 5,900 to 5,939.
And the state has now had nearly 62-thousand people test negative for COVID-19.
