U.S. Route 13 between College Road and the south entrance of the Dover Mall is closed to traffic due to a gas main break.
That includes the main entrance to Delaware State University. School officials say to use exits along College Road.
Dover Fire and Police Departments are on the scene and are encouraging drivers to avoid the area.
