Diana Ross tops list of acts coming to the Freeman Stage this summer

Another exciting concert season is about to get underway at Freeman Stage at Bayside in Selbyville.

Some big name entertainers are coming to the Freeman Stage at Bayside this summer.

This is the 12th season for concerts at the outdoor venue in Selbyville.

More than 60 headlining acts are part of the 2019 lineup unveiled Tuesday.

 

Freeman Stage communication and public relations manager Alyson Cunningham says that wide-ranging list of performers includes 30 national acts that many will recognize,

 

“So we have music legends like Diana Ross and Buddy Guy coming to the Freeman Stage this summer. We have returning favorites like Lyle Lovett and O.A. R., as well. Some new faces that we hope people will come out and enjoy such as the Marcus King Band and the husband/wife duo called The War in Treaty,” Cunningham said.

The Freeman Stage previously announced a night of classic rock and  classic country Tuesday, July 30 when the Steve Miller Band and Marty Stuart take the stage.

Cunningham says the Freeman Stage hopes the variety of acts coming will keep it a popular concert destination for all ages.

“Since 2008 over a half-a-million people have come through our gates, including about 100,000 students.”
