Bills to bolster public education reporting data and expand court jurisdiction for marijuana-related offenses in Newark are among those passed.

After increasing the tax exclusion for military pensioners under 60 in 2022, State Sen. Eric Buckson introduces legislation to increase the exemption further for all ages in Delaware.

The bill would affect 44 municipal and county agencies throughout the state, but will not apply to state police officers.
