The total number of deaths statewide is now 324, with that number rising by single digits daily for a full week.

The latest victims were a New Castle County woman and Sussex County woman. Both lived in long-term care facilities and were over 75 years old with underlying health conditions.

The 5-day average of the percentage of people testing positive has also been largely static this week – hovering around the 10 percent mark. The five-day average new positive cases also continues to trend downward.
