Delaware adds 2 deaths and over 100 cases to its COVID-19 totals.
State health officials reported 121 cases Tuesday, pushing the First State’s total to date to 12,414. 79 of those new positive test results came Monday
The two additional deaths lift Delaware's death toll during the pandemic to 514. The latest victims were New Castle County residents in their 80s with underlying health conditions.
The 5-day average of new positive cases has been over 100 for 11 consecutive days and currently stands at 132.
And the 5-day average of the percentage of people testing positive has nudged back above 5, sitting at 5.3.
Current hospitalizations are two to 56 with 15 people still critically ill.
Just over 6,800 people to date are confirmed to have recovered from the virus, while the number of people that have tested negative is now more than 116,000.
