Enlighten Me: Celebrating 10 years in the business, Nage has created a legacy

[jwplayer config="jw-audio-only_post" mediaid="62950"]

In 2004, Kevin Reading, then chef and owner of Espuma, sold that downtown Rehoboth Beach eatery and turned the bakery he owned on Route 1 into a bistro named Nage. A risky proposition since the highway had no track record for supporting fine dining,

But Nage not only survived, it flourished - in large part in its ability to find and nurture promising chefs. As a result, the Nage family tree of talent is blooming throughout Delaware’s coastal area – and beyond.

As Nage hits it 10th anniversary -- Contributor Pam George of Small Wonder, Big Bites recently convened some members of that family tree the aforementioned Kevin Reading – now running Abbot’s Grill, current Nage owner Josh Grapski, current executive chef Paul Gallo and former chef Hari Cameron of a(MUSE.) – for a conversation.
