On the local college gridiron, it’s Homecoming weekend at Delaware and Delaware State while Wesley takes its unbeaten record to the west coast.
UD hosts CAA rival Towson in its homecoming contest at Delaware Stadium.
The Blue Hens are 4-2 heading into the 12-30 pm kick-off. They are also 2-0 in league games. Towson is 2-5 and winless in three CAA contests this season.
DSU welcomes North Carolina A&T to Dover for its Homecoming.
The Hornets are 2-5 while A&T is 5-2, but both are 2-1 in MEAC play and coming off league victories.
Kick-off is at 2pm.
And Wesley College, still ranked fourth nationally in Division Three, is in California for a date with Menlo College at 3 pm.
The 6-0 Wolverines are averaging 45 points per game while allowing just 10 per contest.
Menlo is 2-4.
