The University of Delaware women’s basketball team is back in the national top 25.
The Blue Hens slipped into the Associated Press rankings this week at number 25.
The Hens opened the season ranked 11th in the country, but fell out of the rankings following a 1-2 start.
Delaware has won its last 10, including a 65-56 win at Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) rival Drexel Sunday, to surge back into the top 25.
The 15-3 Hens host Northeastern in a CAA contest Tuesday night in Newark. The Blue Hens are currently alone atop the league standings with a perfect 6-0 record. Northeastern comes to the Bob Carpenter Center at 11-7 overall, 4-3 in the CAA.
