A third person who was on the tour bus that crashed on Route 1 near Bear last month has died, according to the Delaware State Police.
43-year old Jyostina Poojari of Mumbai, India died shortly after 5 a.m. Thursday morning at Christiana Hospital.
State Police say six passengers remain at Christiana with non life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the bus faces multiple charges for causing the deaths of passengers. Police say the he lost control of the vehicle as he attempted to negotiate a moderate curve at an unsafe speed.
Authorities continue to investigate the crash, but preliminary finds determined that drugs and alcohol were not a factor.
