Delaware’s vacation spots continue to rack up acclaim – this time Rehoboth Beach ranks as one of the top five family East Coast beach destinations.
The popular tourist destination ranked fourth overall, just ahead of Outer Banks, North Carolina.
Atlantic City, New Jersey topped the list, followed by Miami Beach, Florida and Cape Ann, Massachusetts.
Compiled by ABC Travel Guides for Kids, the organization touted Rehoboth’s family shops, restaurants and vintage beach attractions like Funland.
Rehoboth also ranked as one of 13 five star beaches rated by the Natural Resources Defense Council in 2013, alongside neighboring Dewey Beach.
