Today’s latest winter storm is delaying the opening of some schools and government offices in New Castle County.
Appoquininmink, Brandywine, Christina, Colonial, New Castle County and Red Clay school districts are opening two hours late.
Goldey-Beacom College will open at 9am. Delaware Tech’s Wilmington and Stanton campuses will open at 10am. Wilmington University's New Castle and NJ locations are opening 2 hours late.
The State of Delaware has also announced it is opening offices in New Castle County at 10am – though essential employees are to report on time.
New Castle County and Newark city offices will open two hours late, along with the Supreme Court of Delaware’s New Castle County offices.
The New Castle County Courthouse will open at 10am.
