Two buildings at AstraZeneca’s Fairfax campus are now on the market.
The move comes after the pharmaceutical giant cut 12-hundred jobs at its Wilmington headquarters and another 23-hundred worldwide in March.
Company officials say it’s to accommodate the business needs and the employee population.
Combined, the two buildings total nearly 358,000 square feet on 58 acres, complete with a dining hall, hair salon and fitness center.
About 2,200 parking spots and tennis and basketball courts are also part of the package.
AstraZeneca officials say they plan to vacate the buildings by the end of next year and are drafting plans to split the south campus from the north campus.
