Delaware State’s football team will get some national exposure this weekend.
The Hornets call on the number one team in FCS football, North Dakota State, Saturday, and their visit coincides with
ESPN bringing its College GameDay show to the Bison’s Fargo campus. It’s only the fourth time College GameDay has taken its show to a non-major college campus.
North Dakota State is the two-time defending NCAA champ in the F-C-S division and off to an 2-0 start this year, including a win over the Big 12's Kansas State.
DSU is 0-2 after back-to-back blow out losses to Delaware and Towson.
Game time is 3:30 Saturday in Fargo. It’s the first meeting ever between the two schools and Del State’s first game against the number one team in the nation since a 49-0 loss to Southern Illinois in 2004.
