Delaware’s 2010 primary election provided some major surprises in the statewide races, but a look further down the ballot shows incumbents and party endorsed candidates fared well. Hazel Plant in the 2nd State Representative district and New Castle County sheriff Mike Walsh were the only incumbents who failed to earn spots on the general election ballot in November.
