Travelers planning on taking the I-95/Route 202 interchange this weekend will have to find an alternate route.
DelDOT will be setting new girders on the 202 bridge over 95, which will require shutting down highway in both directions. That closure will begin at 9pm Friday and last through 5am Monday morning.
Detours signs and overhead message boards will inform drivers of the changes.
DelDOT strongly encourages drivers to use I-495 during the closure.
In the event of bad weather, the roadwork will be postponed to next weekend.
