A Sussex County judge ordered former state senate candidate Eric Bodenweiser to home confinement Friday after allegedly violating his bail provisions.
Bodenweiser faces 113 felony counts for child sexual abuse from alleged encounters in the late 1980s and early ‘90s.
A GPS monitor recently placed him at a Rehoboth Beach go-kart track, where he reportedly interacted with a minor working there.
Bodenweiser posted his $250,000 bond last year and was forbidden to have contact with anyone under 18 years old while awaiting trial.
