You should expect delays for the foreseeable future if you take the train between Wilmington and Philadelphia.

The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) announced this weekend that it’s taking all of its Silverliner V train cars out of service for emergency repairs. These trains make up a third of SEPTA’s rail fleet.
