First State agriculture is getting a boost from the federal government.

 


The budget proposal released by the Trump Administration last week would eliminate several programs funding affordable housing. First State elected officials gathered at a Habitat for Humanity construction site Wednesday to speak out against the proposed cuts.

 


State officials say 2018 was the worst mosquito season in recorded history. And Delaware’s Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control is already working to avoid a repeat this year.
