NPR Live Tracking: Congressional Balance of Power

NPR

Track the balance of power between the major parties in Congress as results come in for U.S. House and U.S. Senate races.

While Delaware's U.S. House and U.S. Senate seats on the ballot are expected to stay in Democratic hands, key races elsewhere across the nation will determine contol of the U.S. House and Senate for the next two years.

NPR will be covering those races throughout the evening, reporting the winners and losers and updating what that means for the balance of power on Capitol Hill.

Can the GOP retain control of the House and Senate?

Or will the much discussed "Blue Wave" hand the reigns of one or both chambers to the Democrats?
