Delaware Public Media

NASCAR’s Monster Energy Series “Gander Outdoors 400” is on-tap Sunday at Dover International Speedway.

It’s the first race in the NASCAR Championship Playoffs Round of 12.

Current points leader Kyle Busch starts on the pole after rain washed out qualifying Friday.  Kevin Harvick, currently in second in the standings, joins Busch on the front row for today’s 2 pm start on the Monster Mile.

Saturday, rookie Christopher Bell win the Xfinity series Bar Harbor 200. It’s his first Xfinity Series victory in Dover, but his sixth win this season, and his second in the three-race Round of 12 for the NASCAR Playoffs.
