The Green - September 6, 2020

Listen to this edition of The Green or individual segments below:

As part of our 2020 Election coverage, Delaware Public Media is once again offering a series of Candidate Conversations.

We reached out to all candidates filed to run in the races for U.S. House and U.S. Senate, as well as Governor, Lt. Governor and Insurance Commissioner and invited them to sit down with us.

Candidates in each race are being asked about the same set of topics to allow you to get to know them and compare them.

The race for Gov. features 9 candidates challenging the incumbent, Democrat John Carney.

On this edition of The Green, we feature the Democrats running - Gov. Carney and David Lamar Williams Jr..

Carney won the office in 2016, defeating Republican Colin Bonini. Before that he served 3 terms in the U.S. House and was Lt. Gov. under Ruth Ann Minner from 2001-2009.
