Class of 2015 graduates at Delaware State Univ.

Delaware State University’s Class of 2015, which includes graduates from its December 2014 Commencement, marks a milestone for the college. DSU has surpassed the 20,000 mark of four-year diplomas and above awarded in its  124-year history.

 

Four students attending Sunday’s DSU commencement ceremony are Presidential Academic Award recipients – graduates who maintained a 4.0 grade point average throughout their undergraduate years.

 

Additionally, the Optics Doctoral Program will produce its first-ever graduate.  Leon Taleh, from the Central African country of Cameroon, will be presented with a Doctorate of Philosophy Degree in Optics.

 

The youngest graduate receiving their college diploma Sunday will be 19- year oldHala Link,an accounting major, and the oldest graduate will be 72- year oldRonald Spriggs, a social work major. Both new grads are from Dover.
