Family members of slain teenagers Deshon Sellers and William Rollins were present for the announcement.

Thirteen members of Wilmington’s Touch Money Gang have been indicted by a grand jury. They are allegedly tied to six murders, five non fatal shootings and a bank robbery.

Attorney General Matt Denn said while the violence in Wilmington is no secret, the ages of the alleged perpetrators is less commonly known.

"What some may not know and what they may be surprised by, is who is committing the violence. Increasingly it is teenagers, and very young adults acting together to commit violent crimes," he said.

The ages of the thirteen people arrested range from 14 to 19 years old.

The Delaware Department of Justice, Wilmington Police and the FBI led the investigations. The 91 count indictment is the largest in state DOJ history.

Family members of Deshon Sellers and William Rollins, who were murdered last winter, spoke at the news event. Here’s Shareece (Shar-eese) White, William Rollins’s mother.

"And he wanted change. He was ready to go off to school, and do what he needed to do, to get himself together. And they didn’t shoot my baby one time, they shot him multiple times. And it hurts," she said.

Rollins’s father also spoke, saying he was thankful to the police. He urged the city of Wilmington to develop more programs and activities for youth.
