Tracey is originally from Virginia and has a BS degree in Social Science from Radford University. Her family moved to Delaware from Greenfield, Massachusetts in 2012. Her wife Christie is an ob-gyn with Dedicated to Women in Dover. They have two middle school aged daughters along with two Bernese Mountain dogs.
Since moving to Delaware Tracey has been active with several not-for-profit organizations. Whether as a board member, a supporter or just a guest for the evening, she feels the most important thing a community member can be is “involved”.
Tracey and Christie have been members of an NPR station since 1998. Tracey is currently on Delaware Public Media’s Community Advisory Board, the Governor’s appointee to the Public Action Committee for the Metropolitan Planning Organization for Kent County as well as an active member of the Meals on Wheels yearly gala for Kent County. She is also very active in the school systems within the County.
